I talked with a relative of the late Jon-Erik Beckjord, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. Here is what I learned. "EB" as he is widely known, was born Cedric Jon Beckjord on April 26, 1939 and died June 22, 2008. To the best of my knowledge, no Bigfooter knew his exact birthdate. Also learned: he was married to Joanna Elizabeth Cole from England from 1965 to 1967.

In other news, in the Santa Cruz Mountains, California (south of San Francisco near the coast) at about 7:23 pm on September 14, 2008 Mike Rugg, Felton; Ralph Jack, San Jose; Richard Allen, Santa Cruz and myself heard an extended siren like sound from the mountains with several dogs reacting to this sound. The dogs went a little crazy for a bit, perhaps a minute, as this siren like sound was heard. Was it Bigfoot? I don't know, but I haven't heard anything like that, ever. And we weren't expecting anything to happen. So????
